I am home

I am home, all is a well as it can be. Doctor says that I am healing marvelously fast. I am tired and my throat hurts from the anesthesia.  I won’t know more until the pathology reports come back. Thank you for all your good wishes and comments. I will write more next week.

  1. Even for us grrrrls, surgery is an insult to the body that needs time and rest to heal. Just a tip: be prepared for oscillations in your wellness level: one day feeling much better, the next a small setback, but eventually the body takes care of itself.

  2. Thank you for updating us…now rest and feel better. M

  3. So glad to hear that you are home now. I have been thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way. I know things will get better for you quickly and you will come through this better than ever.
    Take care.

  4. Hi Theresa:

I am glad to hear you are doing better. I will keep my fingers crossed for a good report. Take care, XXOO Marsha

  5. Thinking of you and wishing you a speedy recovery. KNOW there is light at the end of this tunnel. I know all too well that the tunnel can be scary – but you will get through it just fine and come out the other side dancing and more beautiful and powerful than ever before for having traversed it.

  6. There’s no place like home, is there, especially after surgery! Take it easy! Kim’s right about resting up. There’s nothing better than rest and you must resist the urge to craft new sconces from your tea cups or convert your patio table into a hanging chandelier, although I’m sure both projects would turn out lovely! Hugs!

  7. Hi Theresa,

I’m glad to hear it went OK. You’re a trooper and I’m sure you’ll pull through with flying colors. Thanks for the update, but just try to rest up.
